Tracks 2, 7 and 11 have such vague names it is impossible to tell from which games they are. The original Japanese title for "The Dreadful Fight" was Gorubêza shiten'nô to no batoru (Battle with Golbez's Four Emperors).
The album is coming out 22nd of December in Japan with a price of 2500 yen (£12.76/$23.70) Uematsu plans to promote the release of the new album with a short tour in January (at least 3 live dates according to 1up.com), accompanied by Kenji Itô, who will be performing songs from Square Enix’s SaGa series. The first two gigs will be on January 22 and 23, both at the Club Citta in Kawasaki, followed by an Osaka show at the Namba Hatch venue on January 28. Tickets for both shows went on sale to online customers October 21-27, at the price of 5,000 yen (£25.52/$47.38), with general sales that opened yesterday (6th of November).
Listen samples of Man with the Machine Gun from Final Fantasy VIII and The Skies Above from Final Fantasy X at the official The Black Mages site. What is interesting to notice is that The Skies Above has vocals, when none of the compositions of the original album had. (Not to mention that The Skies Above is a preview track, but not on the track list of the album...) You can also download a "TBMTV" interview (Japanese) from the site. (19MB)
If you take a look at the official site, you can see that Square Enix is also selling a Final Fantasy Song Book with various tracks from different Final Fantasy games and a new vocal song from Final Fantasy VII as a preview. Final Fantasy Song Book is sold for 2800 yen (£14.29/$26.54).
