1
New Continent - I had lots of trouble at this point of the game, so I heard this track a lot. After listening to it for awhile it still doesn't bother me. It has a good overall beat to it.
4/5
2
Catastrophe - Same thing as the one part of the Opening Theme, except it ends differently. Pretty good.
3/5
3
The Fierce Battle - This is the track played when you fight Atma. It doesn't start off that good, but gets better and better.
4/5
4
Rest In Peace - Short track with very little to offer. It sounds like a very sad song (if you played Final Fantasy VI, you probably know what scene this is for), but I wish it were longer.
2.5/5
5
Dark World - The song that replaces 'Terra' as the world map music. It's very deep, but it's nothing compared to 'Terra', in my opinion.
5/5
6
The Day After - I really like The Day After. At first it sounds like any other song, but Uematsu uses some strange instruments for it, which really makes it stand out.
5/5
7
Searching For Friends - The second Airship theme is just awesome! It really makes you want to go out and save someone or something.
5/5
8
Gogo - Gogo is one strange guy (errr girl...whatever), and has a very interesting theme. This is also the theme for his little mini-dungeon.
4/5
9
Epitaph - Sort of hard to describe Epitaph. It's a nice song, but it's slow and seems to drag a bit in some places.
3/5
10
The Magic House - I love this track! It has a very nice rhythm to it - don't tell me this was never stuck in your head.
5/5
11
Umaro - Finally the last character theme! Umaro has a nice theme; it's big, it's loud, it's Umaro.
3.5/5
12
Fanatics - Oh man, can this song get annoying, especially if you're having troubles with the tower of fanatics. Theres nothing really to it.... music/loud chants/music/loud chants, and so on.
2/5
13
Last Dungeon - For the last dungeon this is a disappointment. But on its own it's enjoyable. I just wish there was more 'umph' in it.
3/5
14
Dancing Mad - Whoa, this is a long track, but it's awesome! Not quite as menacing as 'A One Winged Angel' in Final Fantasy VII, and not as exciting as 'The Extreme' in Final Fantasy VIII. Dancing Mad does, however, bring everything together. A great last boss battle song!
5/5
15
Ending Theme - Again another long track, it would of been nice if they split this up into three separate tracks. The Ending Theme takes all the character themes and plays them all in a different way - It's nice how they are all connected with each other. A superb song to end a great game!
5/5
16
The Prelude - The classic prelude. The only thing different with this version of the prelude than others in the series is how the flute is emphasized more.
5/5
