Setzer is a true gambler and the proud owner of the only airship in the world, the Blackjack. He believes in freedom, himself, and most of all gambling. He purchased the airship Blackjack with his winnings and it was built by his friend Daryl. Not much else is known about his past and it seems he doesn't want others to delve into it. He lives for the moment.
Setzer is a well balanced fighter. Fighting with daggers and his own gambling instuments (e.g. Cards). His Special Ability is the unreliable Slot. Equiping the Relic Coin Toss, Slot changes into GP Rain, which against the right enemies can cause immense damage.
